We make every effort to ship you what you ordered, Refunds will be
authorized for "WRONG MDSE" shipped only. All Sales Are Final.
Return Authorizations and Credit will be issued on "Wrong Merchandise
Shipped" Orders only. KidsWheels will pay for "To/From/To" shipping on
"Wrong Merchandise Shipped" orders only. Consumer may request an
Authorized return other then for "Wrong Merchandise Shipped" and
KidsWheels. LLC will, at their sole discretion, advise Consumer of
Approval. Such returns will be Authorized by KidsWheels, LLC with a
return Authorization Number. Consumer will pay for return shipping and,
upon inspection of merchandise, be credited for merchandise cost only,
minus restocking charge of 33% of cost of merchandise, if Approved by
KidsWheels LLC. It is imperative that Consumer re-package return
Merchandise in a manner that will insure that Merchandise arrive at
KidsWheels, LLC undamaged.
KidsWheels, LLC covers parts for 30 days and does not cover parts
(including batteries) that have been damaged by unreasonable use,
neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service, improper
installation, modification, and/or other causes not arising from
defects in materials or workmanship. KidsWheels, LLC will replace parts
at its option as covered under return our Mfg. Defect policy.
KidsWheels LLC, is excluded from any liability on the part of
KidsWheels LLC, whether under warranty or implied under law for any
indirect or consequential damages for breach of warranty. Some states
do not allow this exclusion or limitation, so this limitation may not
apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also
have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Parts Return Procedure
KidsWheels, LLC wants you to be satisfied with your parts purchase. You
may request a return authorization # by following the steps below.
1.) Request a return authorization # via Email of Fax.
2.) Specify in your Email or Fax the reason for the return request.
3.) Upon return and examination of the part (or batteries) KidsWheels,
LLC we will replace the part (or batteries) at KidsWheels, LLC option,(
including shipping to KidsWheels, LLC and back to the Purchaser ) or
refund to the original purchaser the full purchase price, plus return
shipping. KidsWheels, LLC recommends that Purchaser use UPS or a
similar service for authorized returns to the address listed below.
Returns that are shipped to KidsWheels, LLC via US Mail will not be
accepted and returned to sender.
Vehicle Returns - Warranty
We guarantee that all communication with KidsWheels, LLC will be
responded to in a timely manner, we will assist you with any questions
or difficulties that you may have. Merchandise will not be accepted for
return at KidsWheels, LLC without prior authorization # issued by
KidsWheels, LLC. Return authorization # will be issued for wrong
merchandise shipped to Purchaser only, All returns must be in unopened
original manufacturers carton.(any merchandise returned to KidsWheels,
LLC without authorization will be returned to sender at senders
expense. Upon inspection by KidsWheels, LLC and at KidsWheels, LLC
discretion a credit will be issued to customers credit card. Should any
defects in material & workmanship arise within the manufacturer's
warranty period they will be handled with manufacturer.

International shipping is F.O.B., and incurs additional surface and or
air charges as well as Dock/Port Fees and Tarriffs or Duty Fees charged
by the Port Of Entry.
All international shipping costs are paid by the consignee to
KidsWheels, LLC, with any Dock or Port Fees and Tariffs or Duty Fees
are paid directly to the proper authorities at Port of Entry by the
consignee.
We make every effort to have the shipment arrive at its destination on
time, however, we do not guarantee a specific transit time.
It is in the interest of the consignee to note any damaged or missing
goods on the consignee sign off sheet at the time the consignee or his
designated agent takes possession of the shipment.
If consignee or consignee's agent fails to pick up shipment at point of
entry there will be a 100% return shipping charge to include all
associated charges in the return of the merchandise to, KidsWheels,

encourage the need for adult supervision with ride-on toys and
motorized vehicles. Please ensure that your child wears a helmet with
